From school enlightment to internet entertainment

Those educational films from past decades have become a source of internet -entertainment. "Social guidance" or "mental hygiene" films as they are now called were teaching tool in schools since 1940's - now they seem campy with unintentional comicalness, bit naive and often simplistic. Internet and its numerous hosting sites offers us hilarious yet sometimes gruesome journey to the past. Amusing as they may seem, it's also great way of study how society and our attitudes have (hopefully) changed.

"All Women Have Periods"
Here's the short film (in 2 parts) that started this is all - education film for disabled girls/women.
(check the whole story from Prologue)

I was trying to find more about this film, so far only reference to it is an scientific article by Robert Lenz
(Sexuality and Disability, Volume 4, Number 4 / December, 1981).
Unfortunately the database is not public, but in the abstract there's atleast the original name of the film
"All Women Have Periods"
(in YouTube there tends to be several versions with different names from many movies).
